These terms explain how to order from RAMA CREATIONS. Please read them before making a purchase.
We sell 3D-printed products, including ready-made and made-to-order items. A product listed on our website may still need to be produced. The product page or order confirmation will explain the estimated preparation time.
Products may have light layer lines and small differences in surface texture. Colors may also vary slightly from photos due to lighting and screen settings. These differences are not defects when they match the stated specifications and do not affect the agreed use.
Please check names, sizes, colors, and designs before giving final approval. Production starts after you approve the details and make the agreed payment. Changes requested after work begins may involve extra costs or time, which we will explain before making them.
Product prices appear on our website. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Custom orders are priced after we review your requirements.
When you submit a design, logo, or file, you confirm that you own the rights to use it or have permission from its owner. We may decline orders that infringe someone else’s rights or break the law.
Follow the product description and care instructions. Unless specifically stated, do not assume a product is suitable for food contact, high temperatures, medical use, or carrying loads.
If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative you accept or refund the amount paid for the part we cannot fulfil.
These terms do not limit your rights under applicable law.
