Ready-made, non-custom products

You can request a change-of-mind return for a ready-made, non-custom product within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include its accessories and original packaging where supplied.

Custom products

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for products made to your requirements, including items with a custom name, logo, size, or design. You still have rights if the product is faulty, arrives damaged, or does not match the agreed specifications.

Faulty or incorrect products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide details of the issue, along with photos or other relevant information where applicable.

These cases are treated separately from change-of-mind returns. The 7-day return period, unused-condition requirement, and original packaging requirements that apply to change-of-mind returns do not affect your rights regarding products that are faulty, defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Minor printing lines or variations explained before purchase are not defects when they do not affect the agreed use. However, we will review problems such as breakage, an incorrect name, or a size that does not match the agreed measurements.

How to request a return

Contact info@ramacreations.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Include photos if there is a defect. We will provide return instructions and the correct address.

Please pack the product securely to protect it during transport.

You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return. We cover it if the return is due to a defect or our error.
