يمكنك الحصول على استرداد للمبلغ في الحالات المؤهلة وفقًا لسياسة الإرجاع أو الإلغاء، أو إذا تعذر علينا تنفيذ طلبك.

إذا وصلك منتج معيب أو تالف أو مختلف عن المواصفات المتفق عليها، تواصل معنا مع رقم الطلب ووصف المشكلة وصور واضحة إن أمكن. سنراجع الحالة ونوفر الحل المناسب، بما في ذلك الإصلاح أو الاستبدال أو الاسترداد حسب الحالة وحقوقك القانونية.

المنتجات المخصصة لا تكون مؤهلة للاسترداد لمجرد تغيير الرأي بعد بدء تنفيذها، لكن ذلك لا يؤثر على حقوقك إذا كانت معيبة أو غير مطابقة لما تم الاتفاق عليه.

بعد الموافقة على الاسترداد، نبدأ إجراءه ونرسل لك تأكيدًا. تتم إعادة المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية متى أمكن، أو بطريقة بديلة نتفق عليها معك. يعتمد وقت ظهور المبلغ على البنك أو مزود الدفع.

إذا كان الإرجاع بسبب خطأ من جانبنا أو عيب في المنتج، نتحمل تكاليف الإرجاع وأي إعادة شحن لازمة، ونرد رسوم التوصيل المرتبطة بالمنتج عند استرداد ثمنه. أما الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي، فلا يشمل رسوم التوصيل الأصلية، ويتحمل العميل شحن الإرجاع، ما لم ينص القانون على خلاف ذلك.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available for eligible requests under our Return or Cancellation Policy, or if we cannot fulfil your order.

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or different from the agreed specifications, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if possible. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.

Custom products are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund once work has started. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or does not match what we agreed.

Once a refund is approved, we will initiate it and send you confirmation. Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible, or through an alternative method agreed with you. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

If the return is due to our error or a product defect, we cover return costs and any necessary replacement shipping. When refunding the product, we also refund its associated delivery charge. For change-of-mind returns, original delivery charges are not refundable and the customer pays return shipping, unless the law requires otherwise.
