Available delivery areas and shipping charges are shown at checkout or included in the quote for custom orders.
Some products listed on our website need to be printed before shipping. The estimated preparation time is shown on the product page or provided when we confirm your order.
For custom orders, production time starts after the final details are approved and the agreed payment is received.
Production and preparation time are separate from delivery time. We provide an estimated delivery date or timeframe based on the product and destination. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you to explain the available options.
We send shipping details and a tracking number when tracking is available from the courier.
Please provide an accurate address and phone number. If another delivery attempt is needed because of incorrect details or an unsuccessful handover, extra charges may apply. We will explain these in advance.
If your product arrives damaged, contact us with photos of the product and packaging if possible. If your shipment has not arrived within the expected timeframe, let us know so we can follow up with the courier and provide an appropriate solution. We will help you resolve the issue.
