المنتجات الجاهزة

يمكن إلغاء الطلب قبل تسليمه لشركة الشحن واسترداد المبلغ المدفوع بالكامل. بعد الشحن، يتم التعامل مع الطلب وفقًا لسياسة الإرجاع.

الطلبات المخصصة

يمكن إلغاء الطلب واسترداد المبلغ بالكامل قبل بدء أي أعمال تصميم أو تصنيع متفق عليها.

إذا بدأ العمل، فقد لا يكون الإلغاء ممكنًا. وإذا اتفقنا على الإلغاء، فقد نخصم تكلفة العمل المنجز والخامات المخصصة التي لا يمكن إعادة استخدامها، بشرط أن يكون أساس هذه التكاليف موضحًا ومقبولًا منك قبل بدء العمل. سنوضح أي خصم ونعيد المبلغ المتبقي.

تعديل الطلب

يمكن طلب تعديل التفاصيل قبل بدء العمل. بعد ذلك، تعتمد إمكانية التعديل على مرحلة التنفيذ، وقد يتطلب سعرًا أو وقتًا إضافيًّا بموافقتك.

الإلغاء من جانبنا

إذا ألغينا طلبًا لعدم قدرتنا على تنفيذه، نعيد المبلغ المدفوع عن المنتجات أو الخدمات التي لن نقدمها، دون خصم رسوم إلغاء.

لا تؤثر هذه السياسة على حقوقك القانونية إذا لم ننفذ الطلب كما تم الاتفاق عليه.

Cancellation Policy

Ready-made products

You can cancel before the order is handed to the courier and receive a full refund. After dispatch, our Return Policy applies.

Custom orders

You can cancel for a full refund before any agreed design or production work begins.

Once work starts, cancellation may not be possible. If we agree to cancel, we may deduct the cost of completed work and dedicated materials that cannot be reused, provided the basis for these charges was explained and accepted before work began. We will explain any deduction and refund the remaining balance.

Order changes

You can request changes before work starts. After that, changes depend on the production stage and may require extra cost or time, subject to your approval.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel because we cannot fulfil your order, we refund the amount paid for products or services we will not provide, without a cancellation fee.

This policy does not affect your legal rights if we fail to fulfil the order as agreed.
